How it Works?
MACHINE LEARNING
X-ray images are taken during the encapsulation process. These are then transformed into 3D images of the separated components of the product using machine learning. This allows them to be viewed and evaluated with a clear and concise image.
IMAGE PROCESS
The encaps3D image process system algorithm is designed to examine each product component in the encapsulation process and its 3-dimensional location. This provides a thorough evaluation.
COLLECTING DATA
Sensors are connected to the product or device which collects data. That data helps the system perform the process with higher accuracy.
